  • Ruby Pate DNP, APRN
    Doctor Nurse Practitioner

Ruby Pate is a DNP (doctor nurse practitioner) who is currently working two jobs to help run the company she built with her husband, George. Ruby built this company with George to better the community by giving help to those who need it in the medical part of their lives and their families.
Ruby focuses on urgent and family care of many patients. Her role in the company is the chief of medical staff, so she focuses on the physical health of the patients and their children.

Ruby has a master's in the science of Nursing and a Doctorate in Nursing. She has been working in her field for over twelve years. She has previously worked at Hugo Hospital, and McAlester Urgent Care, and is currently at the Paris TX Hospital as a hospitalist.
Ruby's main drive for making this business is to help those who need it in her area. There isn’t any other clinic like hers and Georges for miles around. She was tired of driving such a long distance just to get the decent medical care that would ultimately cost her family such a large sum. She wants this company to be affordable and nearby for those who need it, even for those who just want a simple checkup.

Ruby is patient & kind to everyone she meets. She has a huge heart for those in need, always helping others with no hesitation. She is determined to help people, find the source of their problems, no matter what it takes. She is here for your health and your family’s health whenever possible and whenever needed.

Want to know a little about our doctors’ personal life? Well, here it is! Ruby has seven kids, yes seven! Her oldest three are helping them build the company so they all could leave something behind for the youngest three. She loves to work on her garden back at home so she and her kids can bring fresh fruit and veggies to the clinic to give to the employees. Currently, she is working hard on making this building a real home for her employees and clients alike, all while working as a second job. Her current project is to bring an edible garden to make the building look more like a home and not a business.
Doctor Ruby and the rest of the staff invite you to stop by and say hi! We welcome walk-ins and appointments alike! We are open Monday thru Friday 7 am to 7 pm, and Saturday afternoons by appointment.

  • George Pate BCBA
    Board Certified Behavior Analyst

George Pate is a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) who is currently working day and night from the clinic. He built this company with his wife, Ruby, in hopes of helping those who need it in his area.

George focuses on the behavioral health of his patients. That means if someone who has severe autism or ADHD cannot do simple tasks or need help learning something, his techs are there to help. These techs are here to help George make sure your loved ones have the best possible future for themselves.

George has four degrees; two associate's, a bachelor's, and a master's. All in psychology and sociology.  He has been working in his field for over fourteen years. He used to do long-distance home help until he got his master's, then started this business in Antlers, Oklahoma. He works in the clinic, in-home, or even in school settings!

George's main drive for making this business was to help those who cannot get effective medical and behavioral healthcare. There is nothing like what he offers near his area for hours, approximately 200 miles. The only clinic like his and his wife is in Oklahoma City at OU.

George is a large man with a loud voice to match, so you would know when he is in the building! But what comes with that is a large heart. He wants nothing more than to help children and young adults alike to have a better future for themselves. During his free time, while getting his degrees, he would help his local church by putting roofs on people’s houses and helping with any charity events the church would host. He is gentle with children and adults alike and is always willing to help those in need.

Want to know more about George's personal life? Well, he has seven kids, yes seven! His oldest three are helping him and his wife build this company in Antlers, Oklahoma so they all could leave something behind to the youngest three. He loves helping his employees and clients alike, anywhere he can, if they need finical help or help to further their education, he is there to help. His employees are more than that, they are his family, an extension of himself. He makes sure to properly train them and help boost them wherever they need it.
